Our pastry box is filled with our seasonal favorite pastries and will be updated frequently. This week's will contain:
Yuzu Meringue Croissant - Croissant filled with a luscious yuzu curd, topped with a torched meringue and dusted in citrus sugar - think lemon meringue pie but even more fragrant.
Ube Bun: Fluffy milk bread filled with an ube coconut custard and topped with a crunchy purple concha inspired top.
Croissubi - Our take on the popular Hawaiian street snack - the Spam Musubi. Slices of spam marinated with umami sauce, togarashi, and finished with crispy parmesan cheese.
Okonomiyaki Danish - Inspired by the Japanese pancake, Okonomiyaki, this danish is topped with a veggie mornay and finished with Kewpie Mayonnaise, Okonomiyaki sauce, furikake, and bonito flakes.
Almond Cake - A decadent and rich cake that we recommend enjoying with some tea. It's topped with sliced almonds and a bit of demerara sugar and cocoa nib for crunch
Mochi bites - Our mochi bites come in four flavors — Ube, Black Sesame, Brown Butter and Thai Tea. Inspired by Hawaiian butter mochi, they're crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and perfect for retoasting the next day too.
