Eat them now for best results! Our pastries are baked fresh daily and are at their best on the day they are baked. If you should choose to keep anything longer than a day, here are some quick tips for how to maximize deliciousness.
Filled Buns & Filled Croissants
All of our concha buns and filled croissants like the Halo Halo Bun, Yuzu Meringue and Apple Cruffin should be consumed within 4 hours of purchase or refrigerated due to the perishability of the fillings.
Our filled buns contain dairy, eggs gluten.
Danishes, Croissants, Cookies & Mochi Bites
Our Okonomiyaki, Aloo Matar, Pull Apart, Croissubi, Green Onion Croissants, Chocolate Banana Croissant, Vegan Char Siu Bao, Mochi Bites, Cookies, Almond Cake & Hazelnut Brownie are tastier with a quick trip in the oven at 325 degrees for about 5 minutes.
Croissants are best the day they are baked and brownies, almond cakes, cookies and mochi bites within 3 days of purchase.
Chocolate banana croissants and almond cakes both contain almonds, mochi bites contain coconut.
Cakes and Tarts
Our Matchamisu and Yuzu Meringue tart must be refrigerated and best kept and served cold. Please enjoy within 3 days of pickup. Cakes and tarts require 2 weeks notice for advance orders.
