Our Bake Sum Boxes are available for pick up this Friday (9/11) and Saturday (9/12) at 4100 Third Street in San Francisco. Preorders can be made at BakeSum.com. What's inside the box this week? Each pastry box includes:
Strawberry Matcha Morning Bun is dipped in matcha sugar and filled with a matcha cream and strawberry jam.
Green Onion Croissant is our take on the green onion pancake but fluffier. It's filled with green onions, maldon sea salt, toasted sesame oil and wrapped in a coat of black and white sesame seeds.
Milk Tea Custard Bun is made from our fluffy milk bread and filled with a milk tea custard. It comes with a crunchy top which is inspired by conchas as well as the pineapple bun.
Seasonal Plum Danish is made with a housemade plum jam for a bit of tartness and filled with vanilla pastry cream for decadent summer treat.
Chocolate Almond Croissant is filled with three sticks of Valrhona chocolate and almond frangipane and topped with sliced almonds
Mochi Bite 4 pack in Black Sesame, Brown Butter, Thai Tea and Ube flavors. Chewy inside and crispy on the outside
