Bake Sum × Sheng Kee Bakery Special Edition Mooncakes
Bake Sum and Sheng Kee Bakery have joined forces again this Mooncake season! We’ve got an exquisite collection of mooncakes, inspired flavors from the various seasons of the year.
Boxes are limited and each will have 4 mooncakes, with 1 each of the following original flavors:
Jasmine Citrus Osmanthus: Spring Our spring tea party! Enjoy the scent of jasmine in the morning after fresh spring rains underneath an osmanthus tree.
Allergens: Peanut, Wheat, Milk, Soy
Coconut Mango: Summer Last year's crowd favorite, this mooncake has a shiro anko (white bean paste) filling, toasted coconut flakes, and a golden mango pâte de fruit center. Looks like a traditional egg yolk mooncake, but tastes like basking in the warmth of a sun-kissed beach.

Salted Egg Yolk: Fall Reminiscent of mid-autumn’s past. Salted Yolk Mooncakes taste like childhood huddled around our grandparents’ dining table. They’re blended so every bite is complete. Simple and perfect topped with a bit of Fleur de sel de Guerende. Allergens: Peanut, Wheat, Egg, Soy
Hojicha White Chocolate: Winter Nothing warms the soul faster than a hot cup of tea. Decadent Valrhona white chocolate paired with Teance Fine Tea’s Roasted Hojicha to melt away the winter frost. Allergens: Peanut, Wheat, Milk, Soy

Chef Joyce Tang of Bake Sum worked her culinary magic to bring you these flavors through hours (and hours and hours) of research and testing. Talented designers have also lent their artistry to this delicious collaboration — Kai Kwong designed this special edition Chinoiserie-inspired mooncake box, and Jackie Chou created the magical mooncake mold of our dreams.
